Lillie Hills

Lillie is a junior at South Medford High School in Oregon. She plays the baritone saxophone, tuba, clarinet, flute, and piccolo. Lillie’s greatest inspiration is her private instructor, Daryl, “he empowers my want to grow so much that I’ve reached heights that the kid in me fears.” She loves to get out there and meet new people and is fearless when trying new things (and anything else that could kill her). She has played bari sax for 6 years in many different bands, including WIBC, state solo, jazz bands, wind ensembles, marching bands, and most importantly, in a dimly lit room all by herself just playing music. After high school, Lillie plans to attend college anywhere in the world and major in music education or animal sciences. “It is an honor to attend the PHEP program and attain friendships to last a lifetime.
