Leah Degenhardt

Leah Degenhardt (class of 2025) attends Shorewood High School in Shoreline, WA where she plays clarinet and saxophone in various school ensembles, and also performs in the Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra. Leah was selected to the All-State Band in 2022, the All-Northwest Orchestra in 2023, and the All-State Chamber Orchestra in 2024. She is a three year participant in the Western International Band Clinic (WIBC), and is thrilled to have been selected to the 2024 Pacific Honours Ensemble Program (PHEP) in Brisbane, Australia! Leah also enjoys playing piano, teaching music lessons, and studying music theory. After high school Leah hopes to attend a music conservatory and study performance and composition.
