Advait Raman

I am a Junior at Eastlake High School in Sammamish, Washington. I began playing the saxophone at the age of 11, focusing on both the Alto and Bari Sax. The Baritone Saxophone has been my main instrument since 7th grade. At school, I am part of the Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, and the Marching Band. Last year, I also got the opportunity to be part of the Eastside Youth Concert Band. Over the past years, I have participated in the All State Wind Ensemble, the Western International Band Clinic, and the All-Northwest Band, and I have thoroughly enjoyed these experiences. I also actively participate in Solo-Ensemble every year and made it to the State Solo in my freshman year. In my free time, you can find me mountain biking, playing tennis, reading, listening to podcasts, or hanging out with friends. After high school, I plan on pursuing a degree in the field of Computer Science.
